The apartment is very affordable. I haven't in the last year have had any major problems with the apartment (no big bugs, no w/d foul ups, no major appliance breakdowns)....BUT, when small things do occur get ready for unprofessional and lazy employees to come fix your problems. In the past year I have collected several hammers, razors blades (thank god that I have no small children or pets), two flashlights, numbererous screws and lots of trash and dirt that have been left behind by the incompetents acquaintance crew. The office "managers" do not run a tight shift and seem to be lost when it comes down to understanding issues with apartments. I have come to dislike the majority of Hunt Club employees because they believe they can do a half ass job and get away with it
