Hunt Club Apartments

Not TOO many problems. Okay for short-term living only From: kelleygal Date posted: 4/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We've lived here for 7 months and haven't experienced any "serious" issues. The only ones expereinced thus far: 1) One of the service calls we submitted online thru the website mysteriously got "lost." Therefore I recommend submitting any work orders directly with the office rather than the website. 2) The condition of the kitchen cabinets were kind of stanky. The cabinet under the kitchen sink had a hole in it. The surfaces were dirty with residue from the previous tenant. We had to do a thorough cleaning and then line the cabinets ourselves before putting anything in there. 3) We've had some ants and other little bugs. But regular bug spray seems to have taken care of those. We only plan on living here for a few months more, which is why as far as a short-term stay, it's an "okay" place. If you're looking for a more long-term home, not sure I would recommend it.
