1.
Be careful while signing the paper work if you have made the decision to stay in hunt club apartments, the leasing contract (number of months) u ask over phone or website or to their staff in person may be different from the numbers u actually see in the paper, Please read carefully before signing. I've seen two similar cases happening here.

2.
Their maintenance is the worst I've ever seen till now. You have to call them more than 5 times and beg them in order to get something repaired. Never take the ground floor apt, they have poor drainage system. We get something clogged for every 15 days.

3.
All their staffs are so irresponsible. With the money u pay for hunt club, if you pay a little extra u can get very good apartments in the same locality.

4.
No security gates, any one can enter in, you'll occasionally hear unknown people knocking at your doors.

5.
They leave nails every where, I've fixed two of my car tires in January.

I feel they look for every way to cheat you. Please Please Please don't come here.

I never wrote any reviews till now for anything, but this hunt club apartment made me to write one.
