Okay,
I have lived in the Wells Branch Community since I was 5 years old. I have stayed at the Hunt Club Apts on and off since 2003. I practically know and have seen all the changes with this complex. Yes, it looks much nicer than it did before. The appliances have really improved the electric bill. However, it seems like they are renting the units to "ghetto" people. This used to be a quite complex with little or not disturbance. In the past two months, I have heard a young woman yelling for help, a man on his cell phone talking about a fight downtown, and last night, a man cussing out his girlfriend. HOW RIDICULOUS! Yes, not all apartments are going to be quite, but this complex used to have no problems at all. Management informed me that they have already evicted 6 people and are trying to get control of the problem.
My lease is almost up and I am seriously contemplating on moving out. The only good thing is I have a decent size two bed/two bath for a decent price. You really cannot beat that in an economy like this, but how much can a person take.
Across the street are better apartment complexes, but I hear they have just as much as the same problems. Its time to get a house.

OK I live in hunt club and while its not the best apt complex, its not the worst. I think its so sad when snobby people have to post reviews about their neighbors because they are ignorant, racist,lonely people with no friends who sit inside in silence all day. Yes, at least half of the people who live here are young and also a lot of young couples who gasp..... may not be silent all the time and in bed by 9 everynight. Wow is it really a horrible place to live because you were being nosy listening to someones conversation who had a fight 30 miles away from the apartment? Grow up and get a life and maybe you will stop being so pathetic and lonely
