Seriously, I can't imagine why all the negative reviews. I've had no problems at all. I've had half a dozen maintenance issues over the years but they ALL were fixed the same day they were reported. My only complaint is that all the rules, regulations, etc. are against the renter. They charge huge fines for every violation one can imagine. However, that is just the way every rental company operates these days. I have NEVER encountered rude staff for any reason. I've had no problems with neighbors, noise, anything. My only complaint is that they do allow large dogs and people let their dogs poop on the grass without picking it up ... which is against the rules. It is a mistake to walk anywhere on the grass. In the last year every kitchen applience has been replaced with a new one and I even see washers and dryers being replaced. I think that the rent is too high; but it's too high everywhere. The location is in a very good part of Austin. This year buss service even started. I would easily recomend Hunt Club.
