I hate it here.

Never judge an apartment complex by its pretty sign out front.
Our washer and dryer broke 3 monts ago. In order to repair it, maintenance had to put a hole in the wall to get to the pipes in the back. To this day, they have not repainted our wall. It only has tape around the plastered hole covered by a thin layer of paint. They didn?t come back the next Monday as promised.
Last year my car was broken into. I found out at 7 in the morning and immediately called the office (the manager, in fact) and left a message to let them know. I never received a phone call back, expressing their worries or letting me know that they?re going to beef up security. Nothing.
My neighbors a few doors down moved out because of RATS in their apartment.
Roaches, silverfish, spiders and june bugs have found it fit to take up residence in my apartment. I?ve given up on calling maintenance. It?s a waste of my breath.
There are huge ant mounds outside of my front door, that maintenance and landscaping completely ignore while walking by or mowing around.
The fitness center was broken from the very first day we moved in and now is shut down.
The pool just a stone?s throw away from my door was closed due to vandalism, a sign of the caliber of people that reside here.
My old neighbors used to throw loud, obnoxious parties during the week (yes, even the low life, rowdy drunk college kids have moved away from here) and I would call the front office to complain. I?m not normally such a prude, but my husband and I work long hours and need our sleep. We never heard back, and the parties continued.
NEVER NEVER NEVER move to Hunter?s Chase. Unless you want that Slaughter Lane I-35 feel for a northwest Austin price.
