Here is the deal, if you are desparate for a cheap apt, and don't really care about much more than the basic roof over your head, then rent here. On paper the floor plan was nice and W/D incl were selling factors - but it is all deceptive. Also, per other reviews, the Ants = BIG problem and I thought I was the only one. Management and maintenance are rude. I put in about 10 requests for them to do something about ants and the maint. person wrote me at note to the effect that "open food containers" were the cause of the problem. My apt was clean!!! Also, neighbors were horrid - about 12 people lived in a 1BR apt and the mgmt did nothing. The major appliances never worked properly. The dishwasher and w/d never worked, period and my stove was broken for over a week. Altogether I put in 20 requests in the one year and only the disposal was ever fixed. I would not move back...pay more elsewhere and live in peace.
