I am STILL living in HC. Although asthetically the place is nice, the management, and "girls" in the office are horrid to deal with (especially the nasty woman with the WANDERING eye).. stay clear of her.. she lies and lies.. and lies.



I like the location of the apartment and the lawn upkeep, but will move out when my lease is up as the people that have been moving in lately leave a lot to be desired. Late partying, in to the WEE hours of the morning.. gun blasts going off next door to me. Not my idea of nice living.. in the least.



If you just want shelter.. go for it, you really cant beat the price for the area. If you want a place to call home.. I suggest you look elsewhere. Might have to pay a little more, but the piece of mind and security will be worth it!!



The office staff could care less about the loud music and partying that goes on at night. I have to get up early for work and have, many nights, still been awake at 4:00 am listening to the drunks partying. Staff acts like nothing is wrong and doesnt follow up in the least.



Gas has been stolen out of my car twice!! This was reported and of course, nothing done. My car has been broken in to three times, also reported to the office staff.. nothing done.



When I first moved in, I called and reported to the office staff a broken water pipe that was spraying water straight up in the air on to my balcony. THREE days later, I went to the hardware store and bought a cap to cap off the damned pipe!! I was so ticked off as the residents pay for the water!! Office staff cant get their thumbs outta their butts long enough to do anything.



Cant wait for my lease to be up!!



Stay away... far.. far.. far.. away
