Well where do I start. My car has been broken into twice. There were 15 cop cars and detectives today at Hunters Chase (7-27-04). Somebody probably was murdered or commited suicide. Found out that they busted a METH LAB there 6 months ago. Don't let the manicured surroundings fool you about Hunter's chase. Don't even think about going Month to Month on your lease because they still want a 90 day notice when you move out and still want to charge you an extra $100 per month. What's the point of a Month to Month lease if you have to give them a 90 day notice. I'm glad I'll be out of there in a month or Less. Defintely not a place for Kids I wish I would have known.
