Find an apartment that appreciates good tennants

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
To whom it may concern and i hope this letter concerns someone,
i have left 2 messages with
Westdale Asset Management. This is my 3rd and final attempt
to communicate with your management group.
I have live at the Hunters Chase Apartments in Austin Texas since
January 2002. Today i gave the leasing office my 60 day notice to
vacate after being a quality resident for 2 years and 7 months.
I believe that every company wished to succeed and become profitable
and every business should strive for constant self improvement.
But there are problems with some of your management staff
that is extremely counter productive to the success and retention
of quality tenants that I hope you would want to be aware of.
I was offered a lease renewal earlier in August with a discounted
half month. The offer was valid till August 8 2004. Monday August
30, 2004 I asked if they would still honor the offer if i renewed my
lease, not only did they say no but went up on rent an additional
five dollars!
I told them i've been an very good tenant and in the 31months
of renting i have only been late once. The person below me has
had numerous complaint against him and police reports
filed over the year, the woman bottom right was evicted recently
after not even being here a year, there was a shooting involving
police with a tenant in the complex that made front page
news indicating Hunters Chase Apartment as the location of the shooting,
and there are at least 4 vacant apartment that can be spotted
from the road on any given night. Yet i said you would give
a strange off the street a better discount then an current
tenant who had established very good rental history With Hunters Chase Apartment.
YOUR representative was the absolute rudist to
me that i have ever uncounted in the 20 years of living
in apartments complexes.
I have lives in Austin Texas for 14 years and establish
a long term tenure with with several apartment complexes,
and lived at my previous complex for 5 years with an excellent and
pleasant staff.
In fairness there are 2 blond ladies in the office that have been very
nice to me over the years but the 2 brunette ladies are
so unfriendly and difficult it's hard to describe.
These 2 women who are employed by your company
are moral and revenue killers and are driving away
established quality tenant.
I have provided the web link of www.apartmentratings.com for you
review of the rating of Hunters Chase Apartment. After reviewing
the web site Hunters Chase Apartments rates poorly to say the
least which is ashame since the complex in general is nice.
Where i work, we did a survey of 200,000 people and the number
one reason a person would stay with a product or service is-
good customer service.
Good luck to your company.
