I've lived here for a little over 5 years now and have had no problems with Hunter's Chase Apts. The A/C broke once in the summer on a Friday and Maintence had it up and running that Saturday. The price is good and has a good location. After reviewing all the other comments about this complex I was amazed as to how poorly the overall ratings were. Remember that compliments are made for every 5 complaints posted. I've been through the remodel, mold, the old lady that dug through the trash daily, etc. It has been a most enjoyable experience and I highly recommend it.
