Please read my full review for a full picture of this place. Well, I have lived here for over 4 years and I can't wait to move out. I really really hate moving but I have had it with this place. If you don't like $200 light bill for a 1-1 apartment(in the winter), then don't move here. If you don't like places that find different ways to make money off you, then don't move here. I moved here back in 2002 for the low rent and it was ok. I over looked alot of stuff but I want out now. I have had about 10 to 12 different people move in and out of the 3 apartments around me over the last 4 years. I should have left sooner but now that rent just went up again (this time $30), that's it. Somethings were free at first but now it $5 for this and another $5 for that. So on top of the higher rent, there's an extra $30-$40 also. My car has been broken into 4 times. I called the cops the first time but didn't see any reason to call after that. There is always something broken here and the damn patio door has been screwed up since day one. They never even tried to fix it. I think they knew before I even moved in. The apartments are very OLD. Everything inside looks like it's from the 70's. So if you have new stuff, it just doesn't look right at all. I can't forget about the damn ants every year. They just move right in. Now I just spray the place down the first time I see them. I've never had a problem with the staff but I've never been late and I use the night drop most of the time. Some of my old neighbors have told me bad stories about the staff but I don't really have anything to do with them. Now I can't even find a place to park when I get off work. It's gone down hill very fast for me. To top it all off, they sent me some address labels (I'm guessing to keep me here or something) with the wrong address. That should tell you something right there.
