I have lived here for 4 years. From reading an earler message I guess my rent is going to go up. You get what you pay for. These apartments are some of the less expensive so you have to take that into account. If you get a nosiy neighbor you're screwd. The lease terms here are wierd. They offer only so many of each lease term, so you may only be offered a 6, 7, 11, 12, 14 months each time you lease. Maintenance is so so. If you have the money go somewhere else, otherwise it's a crap shoot, it might be ok and then again maybe not. I'm not sure if I'm staying. Washers & Dryers are nice.
