From the beggining these apartments seemed like a good place to move. Of course they sucked us in with the no deposit and first month free move in special. Little did we know I was stuck in a ------ apartment for a year with now way out other than paying enormous fees. Where do I began with what all I dislike about these apartments. First of all the office staffs personality and professional attitude is of a person working at a 7-11 store. Also don't expect your apartment to have good instulation or to be bug free. They only do pest control on your request; After my third LOUD request they finally sprayed. I had to go in after 8 months of living here to ask for air filters for the air conditioner vents. You know I have lived in some pretty cheap apartments and they had better service than these... Overall if you want good customer service, I suggest you find another apartment to rent.

Ps..the yard guys always cut the grass at 7am on the weekends.
