I can't complain

All in all, it is not bad. The only things I didn't like were that I couldn't see my unit prior to move in because they were "working on it" and it was a liability issue. I offered to waive any claim, but it couldn't be done since the manager wasn't there, and they don't pay ANY utilities (water is pro-rated and garbag/pest control is $6 a month... my util bills have been about $75 for a 1/1.)
The staff has been pretty nice, especially Kim... but we are from the same neck of the woods in South Texas spo maybe she has pity on me... I like the online rent payment, and I rarely venture to the office... just once to get the code to the weight room, which they gave to me even though they were "closed for the night," and once to pick up some packages (this excludes all the move in crap that you do everywhere... they even didn't mind that I was a bit late with my move in inventory...)
