I have lived here for 19 years. I am one of the first few residents that are still here. I am content and have seen a lot of people come and go. However, apartment living is just that. It has nothing to do with the place itself. You wont always see the same people. The current management is nice and quick to respond to my needs. However, people are people and will make mistakes and you cant take everything so personally. The world doesnt revolve around one person. Hell, Ive been here 19 years and I get the same rent increases that everyone else does. But, if you know anything about real estate, you would understand why that happens. If you want silence ALL THE TIME, you are crazy!! You cant even get that in a house!!! It is very peaceful here. The trees are beautiful. The maintenance is outstanding. However, no place is perfect and things are made to wear out. They are quick to fix things around here, though.
The truth is, is a lot of disgruntled residents like to get on this website as a way of getting back at the staff or management. Maybe they didn't get their way and are being immature about things. They lie and exaggerate anything and everything. The only thing that I can say is, READ YOUR LEASE AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU SIGN. It is your fault for putting your name on something before your read it. Call me crazy, but I call that IGNORANT!!!

With all due respect you've lived there twenty years. There are much nicer places to live that are also safer and cost less to heat and cool. I will accept you calling me ignorant... for giving Hunters Chase my money. I've lived many places for my job and this is the worst run apartment complex I've ever experienced. But Hunters Chase is all you know. You should know what you are missing and stop accepting mediocrity (at best). There are much better and safer places to live that are no more expensive, or in my situation noticeably less expensive.
