I lived at Hunters Chase for about 18 months. I must say the cheap rent got me like many others. The place is so old the apartments are not cable ready and on top of that it was almost impossible for Time Warner to install my cable and high speed internet service because the boxes outside were so outdated. My electric bill was so expense. I was paying roughly throughout my stay an average of $200 per month even during the winter. It was terrible...The staff is only nice to you when you call to ask them how to contact the corporate office. So my advise be sure and really look at other places to live before considering this one.

The apartments are all cable ready, unless you want a jack moved. Cable boxes are not owned by the apartments. They are Time Warner Cable Property! I have never heard of an electric bill that high here.
