I have lived in Hunter's Chase since February of 2006 and I am extremly grateful that the office staff and maintenance crew have been as helpful and kind as they have been to me. The ladies in the office are professional, but they also remember me and my son when we visit the office! It made a lasting impression on me. Every time I call a work order in, they send someone out immediatly to look at it, even after hours. Each time maintenance has made a repair, it is always done satisfactory. I would live here again, no questions asked.

Hunters Chase is a dangerous place to live. Just check with the police department. I'd never raise a child in that place.

I cant think of one apartment I looked at in the area that didnt have some criminal activity. Hunters Chase has one of the least lists. Just look up Melrose Place, that list goes on it seems forever.
The funny thing is that in Austin almost anywhere you look bad neighborhoods bleed into good ones, unless you live in the hills.
