I have to say that all this about the break in's and guys getting shot in the head is a load of crap. I feel completely safe here. The management and staff here are always friendly. The maintenance guys are great and they always have fixed all my problems very quickly.

I will say that if you live in a bottom floor apartment, you must be prepared to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does. I mean everything. And...when they water their plants, your porch is wet. But all in all, for the space (and the awesome walk in closet) the price is great. The maintenence of the grounds are also great. My only problem here is the 60 day notice to move out. When I needed more time to look for a house (I wanted to go month to month) my place was already rented...which is why I have to leave at the end of this month!

People getting shot a load of crap? Do your homework and check police records for calls to the Hunters Chase address. That will tell you all you need to know about Hunters Chase.
