not the best but could have been worse

I lived in Hunters chase from march of 06 to decmeber 06 when I bought my house. I personally made a few mistakes, I rented the place sight unseen when i moved from Chicago. I enjoyed dealing with the staff probably a little too much because as with every other property management company, management changed. I personally did not like the new managers as much as I liked the group that I rented from in the first place. The appliances are old, the kitchen small in my 2 bedroom. the fireplace dirty and in my opinion not usable. but so what its Texas. All in all I would say do not take a family to live there as there is a little more of a criminal element than in relation to other apartment communities in the area. but if you a a working class newlywed or single person it is not a bad place. But like other reviewers have written be ready to pay high utility bills as the apartments are porrly insulated.
