Rude, disrespectful, and hateful staff

The apartment complex is nice and fairly efficient in taking care of work orders. The staff treats the residents like prison inmates. I've never experienced such rudeness from one adult to another on multiple occasions. Any time you question a staff member to explain a water charge or new lease agreement, they get hostile. When trying to take advantage of a signing bonus to resign my lease last year one of the staff yelled at me then sat at his desk and waved his hands at me as if to dismiss me like a servant. I wrote letters and made phone calls but never even got an aknowledgement never mind an appology. Recently, I called to question my water bill, recent work to a water line, and poor water pressure. I spoke with two staff memebers and was basically told sorry your bill is twice what we said it would be. One actually said "My water bill is $90 so I don't know what you're complaining about with a $35 bill." and then hung up on me. Overall its a great apartment to live in as long as you don't ever have to deal with the staff. I guess it's hard to find good help.
