Utility Bills Can be Shocking

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2009

The apartments are not energy efficient; plumbing is so noisy in drowns out TV, conversation, music, etc.; parking is a nightmare - not even sure all of the people that park here, live here.

Car radios played at loudest setting.

Stayed here far too long - kept thinking it would get better - it didn't.
