It's good place to live , this property has a many places to shopping and entertainment, the amenities are good to have distractions, BBQ areas good to share time with family and friends also near have Drs office.

Horrible Customer Service, Poor Communication & Bad Move-Out Experience

Pretty good until it needs major overhauls of the bathroom sink and toilet. The the touch-up paint used to cover up the aged porcelain sink has begun peeling away, the toilet is arguably not suited for adults.

Apartment is great, love the location. The front office has been helpful when I have questions or need anything. My upstairs neighbors are the worst I've ever experienced. The 2nd worse thing is the maintenance team.

1. valet trash service very poor. Multiple incidence, multiple complains, but seems the management office has no way to improve. There is other vendors wanna this business!!! incapable management or interest conflict? 2. Otherwise good service.

I dealt with RODENTS for the first five years. My cats are hunters so my issue has been solved. The worst Property Manager has been ---------! She doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. Very sad

It's been a rollercoaster for sure. Not a fan of the yearly increase in rent. The maintenance dept does well with keeping up with repair requests. The office needs to take more action especially when it comes to dog waste and mud/flooded walkways. Great location.

Older complex but ok in amenities. Rent is high but then it is all over Austin. Answer to my needs were met since I wanted to live close to my granddaughter's school. Not too far from stores and restaurants.

We love how quickly matienence responds but we are truly saddened that yall removed the playgrounds with nothing to replace them. This used to be such a family friendly complex but it sent a pretty clear message that yall wish families like ours would move.
