Ever since the new property management has taken over, the maintenance is awful. I took a month or two just to fix my refrigerator. They only came after I threatened to break my lease, without penalty. FYI, If maintenance does not respond to your service call within seven days (7 days), according to our lease agreement we can terminate our lease in writing without penalty.

On a good note, I love the size of my aparment, but like others ants are a problem. Pest control came out, but only took 30 seconds, to spray one spot in the kitchen.

Also what is up with the new reserved parking, did they stop towing'

They still tow. They just don't tell you which company is doing it now. If you are handicapped as one of my neighbors, you can't get a handicap spot except if it is further away than the pay for parking peoples spt. Yep ants are bad. silent tenants that pay and are never heard from or seen are good

It took 2 1/2 weeks for them to respond when we called about our AC running and running and running but never seemed cool. Not to mention getting an electric bill well over $150 more than we paid at most last year. This was during our 100 F stretch too.

Jacuzzi was broken for almost a month...and its one of the "attractions" they mention with this place.

Garbage has been over flowing and not tended lately. It's nasty...flies, rotting food, broken glass, and regular stacks of garbage that can reach 5-6 feet high on weekends. (no, I am NOT kidding)

Ants...omg! A small tile cracked in out tub and I didnt think anything of it. One day I'm taking a shower and I start getting stung. I look down and red ants are boiling out of the now pushed open tile, onto the shower, and onto me! This is a third floor bathroom off the master bedroom. No food anywhere near here...yet ants are literally pushing their way out the shower. their response? " Don't leave food around and you won't have ants".

This place has truly gone downhill.

I have not noticed ants but does anyone have the disgusting roach problem I can't get rid of?!! I think I'm going insane here!

I get giant tree roaches coming in through my vents in the summer. I was walking to my car not too long ago and a huge snake was underneath my car. Imagine if that thing had bit me!
