I hate to say it but,I agree with all the bad reviews at this sight.There is just not enough value for the crap they put you through.I have ants...my neighbors and I are infested with roaches...The parking is a joke...I tried calling several times to get non-residents out of our parking spots and they never came to do it.The answering service is rude.The office is totally incompitent.When I moved in I was told that to sign the lease I'd get a free month of rent and low and behold, I got an eviction notice anyway!!! I did get it straigtened out but, I think that was only because I wrote to the head office in California.Thank god that was so easy to find online....(Trinity property management...they own several apartments in Austin so watch out!!!) That nasty b**ch they had in the office was fired and the new woman seems alright just overwelmed.Anything is better than that last condesending,unprofessional,and barbaric apartment manager!The other staff made unsavory comments about her to me!!!The "gym" looks like a rape waiting to happen.They want you to pay another 25 dollars a month to use it.They say they charge that for a key fee and for safety but, i don't trust half the people here so i'll pay a little bit more and join an actual gym with up date equipment.The parking lot crawls with nasty people at night...I feel confined once it gets dark and only walk my dogs for a short time (much to their dismay)...Oh! and while I'm on the subject...watch where you walk because nobody picks up there dogs business even in the rare event that there are poop bags available...Let's see...my tub is peeling...all in all ....it was the right price at the right time and I had just moved to town and was sick of living at the Hilton...but oh how i now miss that hotel!!!If you think living here is pleasant then your just blind or cheap or work here...Nuff said!!Let's just hope they don't stick it to me once i decide to move out...I am counting the days already...
