This place is disgusting. The management doesn't seem to care that the complex is falling apart. Parking is a nightmare. They don't pick up the garbage on a regular schedule and the apartments might be big but you will have an ant infestation to worry about regardless! I had a maintenance guy tell me his boss had him fake his piss test because he knows he wouldn't pass!

You might want to rethink your offer to the readers to come and see the apartments as your visitor.. I mean, where are they going to park?

what we need is to call the health department and then hire an attorney....this is ridiculous!! I thought I was the only one...I am not alone...I've only lived at IRA for 2 months.....10 more months to go??? For now...I will get some info on the health department and my friend is an criminal law attorney but maybe he can refer me....the more tenants we have...the better our chances!!

If anyone that posted all these still live here, we should start a petition to get this place cleaned up or something. That's the only way things are going to get done is if we all go on strike or something. I don't know...

I moved out of that hell hole several months ago. I keep checking this site to make sure I get the word out about how much of a crappy place this is. I won't quit keeping up on this site because I don't want someone to make the mistake that we made when we moved in there. We found this place over the internet because we were moving to Austin from out of state. The pictures are deceiving and we fell for it hook, line and sinker! The problems began as soon as we walked in the door. Thinking that we did the work to secured our family a place to live. When we got to Austin all of a sudden deposit that we sent to secure the apartment wasn't enough. Even though they had already told us what it would be. Then they raised it when we got here 400 more dollars. (bait and switch) IRA, Trinity or what ever they want to call themselves are cons!

just in case you have not been outside lately...we are starting a two million dollar rehab, you will see all the marks on walls to show what is being done. You were also sent a notice of all the other repairs. I will also let you know that the trash pick up by the waste management comes every M-W-F......if you all would stop putting the trash on the ground instead of the trash can or compactor then it would not be all over the place. Just so you would know.......

If the trash people came more often, then there wouldn't be a trash problem. You are full of ----. That trash bin is full to the brim and that is why people keep putting trash on the ground for the poor trash people to pick up. We pay good money for the trash pickup, why the heck can't they come more often? the rehab looks ridiculous! I absolutely hate the color of the apartments...looks like someone either pooped all over them or threw up...can't decide.
