At a glance, you think WOW what a huge apartment and the price is right. Once your in, your stuck with no way out. From the beginning, we had issues with management. They do nothing to resolve your issues. Hope you like ants(all types), roaches, and bees. For months we were infested with fire ants. The entire family was riddled with fire ant bites but management wasn't concerned. Talk about mold, leaking roofs, appliances that don't work (refrigerator-food spoiled for weeks), broken toilets and sinks. Holds 1st place for management turn-over. No one knows whats going on since there is always someone new in the office. I think there is a police sub station on the back of the property. Be prepared for constant and sometimes daily sherriffs speeding through the complex. Don't forget EMS and Fire engines. Perks: huge rooms, close to restaurants and retail stores. That's it! Don't forget look at your lease before signing. Non-refundable deposits and 60-day move out notice. No one else requires that much time. So basically your giving up your apartment without having another place to live. You can't sign a lease 2 months in advance. Beware-really think it over......RUN!

We had some wasps but as lackluster as our cleaning skills are, we never had roaches and few ants. They may have came to your place--and for that I apologize. We got our renewal offer-- this week. Don't worry, though. Our move out will still be April 30th. Maybe we should have received this notice in February when we signed our move-out notice. DUH!!
