Just be prepared From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   The apartments are huge, old, drafty, leaky, have very old appliances, noisy, poor parking, your rent will increase at every lease renewal, the management and maintenance staff have very high turnover, utility bills are outrageous, neighbors are noisy, and there's dog poop everywhere. They have a neat online system to pay your rent and request maintenance, but maintenance still requires a follow-up call (or five) and I have gotten several ERRONEOUS eviction notices for non-payment, when I used their ONLINE RENT PAYMENT SYSTEM. I hate to say it, but it was the best deal I found when I was apt. hunting and sadly, sometimes you really do get what you pay for.
