OH MY GOODNESS! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! IF ONLY I WOULD HAVE FOUND THIS WEBSITE BEFORE I MOVED IN. I NEVER SEEN SO MANY UNRULY UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN PLAYING AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY. THE PARENTS EITHER DON'T KNOW OR DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CHILDREN. ANYONE THAT LIVES OR DRIVES THROUGH THE PARKING LOT WOULD KNOW THAT IT IS UNSAFE FOR KIDS TO PLAY THERE. NOT TO MENTION IF THEY ARE NOT PLAYING IN THE PARKING LOT NEAR YOUR VEHICLE THEY ARE RIGHT UP NEXT TO YOUR BEDROOM WINDOW.
THE APARTMENTS ARE REALLY BIG...(A BIG MESS) EITHER THE APPLIANCES DONT WORK OR THEY DONT WORK FOR LONG. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING REPLACED YOU MAY (DAYS LATER) GET IT REPLACED, BUT IT WILL BE WITH SOMETHING EVEN OLDER AND IN WORSE SHAPE THAN WHAT YOU HAD.
THE WATER BILL IS NEVER THE SAME FROM ONE MONTH TO THE NEXT. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT NOTICES ON YOU DOOR AND THREATEN YOU IF YOU SHORT THEM A DOLLAR.
THE OFFICE STAFF IS LIKE A REVOLVING DOOR. NONE OF THE STAFF RECONGNIZE YOU BECAUSE THEY NEVER LAST FROM ONE MONTH TO THE NEXT.
IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FIXED CALL THE OFFICE IN A PANIC AND THEY WILL COME RIGHT OVER, BUT IF YOU CALL AND YOUR NOT FREAKING OUT DONT WAIT! I REPEAT THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH EVEN THE CHEAP RENT!

AMEN. THEY ARE SO EXCITED WHEN YOU GO INTO THE OFFICE BUT ONCE YOU LET THEM KNOW YOU LIVE THERE, THEY IMMEDIATELY LOSE INTEREST IN YOU. I REPEAT, JESSICA HAS GOT TO GO. YOU KNOW YOUR APARTMENT COMPLEX IS MESSED UP WHEN KENNY PETERS LOOKS LIKE A KING COMPARED TO YOUR CURRENT STAFF! WE WELL BE GONE IN 16 DAYS!!

I got a notice on my door saying they were going to evict me if I didn't pay the 51 cents I owed them. I went into the office and asked if I could write them a check (it was a joke, of course). They are rude and money hungry and don't give their long-time residents a break. I've been here for 5 years, and they have yet to do anything to keep me interested. I was told by maintenance that if you've lived here for a long time, when you renew your lease, you get a deal, such as free carpet cleaning or an accent wall. Well, I painted my OWN accent wall because it was cheaper and I knew it would get done faster than maintenance doing it, and I have my own steam cleaner as well. Nice try, folks. Nice try.
