Went to view these apartments today, what a mess.

I really should have checked here first before I wasted my time driving from Round Rock down to Lakeline!

First, we saw the "model" which looked nice, I then asked to see a regular apartment so I could see what an actual apartment looked like. They refused. Luckly I have a relitive that lives in one of the 3 bedroom / 3 bathrooms.

I have no idea how the management expects the residents to cool their apartments with the VERY TINY AC units that MUST be 15 to 20 years old. I expect they run on blocks of ice! I saw one unit that was literally hed together with old tape and STRING. Very Classy.

There was dog crap EVERYWHERE. There were piles of crap on top of old crap. I guess no one can throw it away since the only dumpster I saw was stuffed to critical mass. I asked about the dumpster and asked where the others were, I was ignored. So was my fiance.

The parking lot was dirty, and it looked like every kid in a 4 mile radius was running around.

In my sisters apartment, the appliances looked like they dated back to the 1950s. I could clearly see where the walls had been patched and no effort was mad to paint over the patch. Today is July 7th, and the hour I was there her AC never stopped running, and I was sweating the whole time. I would hate to get her Electric bill.

I could also hear EVERYTHING happening in the apatment next to hers, clearly.

The staff that showed me around had the good grace to appear at least a LITTLE embarrassed, but didn't try very hard to answer my questions about Electric, Water, etc. I also saw bugs crawling out of a hole in the side of one of the buildings. I asked about Pest Control and was told that they are "working on it".

I finally had enough, collected my DL and left. I logged in at home to leave a review on these disgusting apartments only to see that it was no big surprise.

I especially liked how the apartment management desperatly tried to raise the complexs rating by posting blatent lies. New paint' Please, this place needs to be bulldozed and built from the ground up.

Why did you go to view the apartments if you have a relative that lives there? Your story makes no sense.
