It is funny that you guys go on here to bad mouth the property. But what you dont think about is that there have been thousands of people who have lived at IRA for years and years and love it! The 60 at this moment is really not alot if you compare how many residents have lived there over the last 20 years! Every property you go to on this site has bad reviews, even the brand new ones. Some of the people that complain...yes they have had an issue trust ne that is not even 1% of the residents. Maybe you are mad because we sent you a notice because your rent was late. For all you looking at thsi site, you should note always believe what is on here. I know that I have had several reviews take off by people I fired! Good luck with your apartment hunt.

if you are not happy, maybe you should just move instead of bad mouthing a place that you don't like. All the things you listed are things you will have issues with everywhere! Good luck

Rachel, instead of looking at these reviews as a nuisance, try improving your relationship with your renters and your staff. Maybe then you can keep both from turning over at a high rate. When I lived there I accepted a lot of bull. Yes, some people do tell tales that aren't true on this site, and educated people like me can tell them apart. However, the main problem is staff. I can deal with $300 electric bills. It was to be expected from a huge 20 year old apartment. But people would feel a whole lot better if you just genuinely acted as if you gave a damn about the fact that they chose to live in YOUR complex and take pride in it instead of cutting down your tenants and telling them to move.

Yes Rachel...thank you for my great resigning deal. I received the renewal request 2 1/2 monthes before my renewal date. Rent's going up $40 BUT they will cut $150.00 off the first month if I reply within one week of the notice....wow!! what a deal. Did I mention I still have 2 1/2 months on my current lease?! Still time to consider moving.
