I currently am living here and like most the price and square footage is was sold me. I should have known when the leasing agent didn't even show me the property. My move in day was horrible, carpets still wet and paint still wet. They promised to have them re-cleaned because it was so horribly clean the first time and after still complaining to the main manager 3 months later have still not once come back to my apartment. Maintenance timing is horrible. I had a huge list and 2 maintenance men have come to review over the problems a month a part saying we will have that done tomorrow well that was also 3 months ago haven't heard from them yet.Parking is crappy. When it rains my porches flood and so does the pools which take wks to be cleaned. My neighbors were so bad that they got evicted for all the noise complaints. Flies swarm the apartments because people that live here overfill the dumpsters till there is no room but the road to leave nasty dirty trash on. If you are even thinking of living here ask lots of questions, take a look at all the property. Don't get suckered into moving here there is a reason rent is so cheap. The refrigerator's don't even have ice makers and the food closet is about 5 inches deep, what a joke. Not worth living in!
