Maybe if the residents that moved in here like the rest of us...would just pick up and give a crap about what there home looked like....then maybe it would not be so bad! I really like to live here and Racheal is really not that bad, if you ask her she will tell you. I had a major problem with my neibors and I kept telling her about all the noise and traffic and trash...she got rid of them! I do agree with the late fee thing you all talk about....but she did not make that rule.

Yeah...you work here. That is just too obvious. So here is a question to the manager and staff...why don't you live here if it is so great?!?! That speaks for itself.

Actually, the assistant manager, lead maintenance, assistant maintenance, and two make ready guys all live on site...you're right, that does speak for itself!

So with all these people living on site, why are there complaints about slow maintenance? Why did't the staff care more about their property? These people really do blow real hard. Honestly, the apartment itself was not that bad. There are places on the east side that look worse. However, FF Trinity sucks. Bad management all around. They have bad attitudes with former tenants, even those with simple "send me a bill" requests that go unanswered. They stated we owed them money and when I called to get a bill, I got a bad 'tude that was undeserved. I did not cuss or disrespect anyone, but I was truly disrespected. And we have yet to receive a bill or the so-called pictures that were taken when we moved out. They said we didn't give them a forwarding address but we did. This is really not a point to be argued because I just stated "we didn't get it" but she was still a byotch. If you can go elsewhere, do so. The problems with the staff at International Hellhole are't worth the cheap rent. After all, you get what you pay for. We now live in a more expensive apartment, but our actual expenses (rent $1000, water $35, elec $75-100) are less that International (about $900 when we left $250-300 a month elec and $55 water plus other bs charges they decided to throw in). The grounds are nicely kept, maintenance calls get answered (not much work for them since this complex has working appliances-get a freakin clue) within 24 hours even for non-emergencies. God bless the Lodge at Lakeline!

Just because a prior resident moved away, means that we have forgot. This site is to warn the next guy of what he/she is getting into when she/he signs on that dotted line!
