Yea so I know that the employees get on here and write reviews. I don't blame them though. I mean with all the bad ones they need to fabricate a good review so they don't seem as bad. LIES all lies.

Incompetent Employees
No Parking
Cops out several times a week
Ants, ants, ants
Unsupervised kids running around causing trouble
Car thefts, break-ins
Fights in the parking lot
Electricity always goes out when you need it the most
Horrible insulation my electric bill topped off at $300
Nasty, poorly installed carpet
Old out-dated appliances
Washing and drying machines in Laundry room rarely ever work
Obviously they don't do background checks because there are some pretty messed up people that were my neighbors
Drug deals in the parking lot
Nasty nasty pool and spa
They seem to think one computer in their breakroom counts as a business center...fyi..printer doesn't even work
They'll just turn off the water in the middle of the day w/o warning
Be prepared for a call from collections after you leave, they will act like they sent you the bill but they didn't they're just too lazy
Oh and the new paint job looks like baby poop brown....good job!

Don't be fooled these Apartments are cheap rent but you will get screwed over in every other department.

rachsypho....I came and called at least once a week. I HAD TO CONTACT THE AUSTIN TENANT COUNCIL TO GET YOU TO DO YOUR JOBS!!!!

I have had to contact you before aswell rachel, because things werent getting done. The only response I received for over two months is "we have your work order" When I complained about it not being a timely manner you were simply rude. I also had to call the austin tenant council. You have 7 days to complete emergency repairs, and 10 days for other repairs. neither of which you can accomplish. I do not blame maintenance, or any other staff, because as the manager it is your responsibility. In short you are a poor manager.

Oh please, the vendor for the pool was fired. Is that to supose to make it all better? Does some one really have to go out to the pool to put in a work order? Doesn't management walk the property and see that the condition of the pool and the spa was unacceptable. When we moved in there our children were so excited about getting to swim in a pool all summer. That pool was so nasty I wouldn't let my dog swim in there and that was the condition it was the entire summer. The spa was GREEN, and I MEAN GREEN and had garbage in it. If management would just walk the property, then they would see things that need to be fixed. Or are you just ignoring them in hope that the problem would just go away. Just because a prior resident moved away doesn't mean that we have forgot. This site is to warn the next guy of what he/she is getting into when she/he signs on that dotted line!
