When you sign the lease it's like signing your whole monthly income away! There is a reason rent is cheap, it shows in the whole complex and staff. The bills are OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! The carpet in our apt. is not even nailed down, it is just sitting there... with the nails poking out for the children to get hurt on. I informed them of this 3 times over the past 6 months.. noting has happened. Our ceiling has water damage and is caving in. If you want privacy don't move here, the walls are paper thin!! PARKING IS HORRIBLE!!!! Also there are residents here that should be in jail or a mental institution!!!! THE STAFF IS RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you complain about something or ask them to get off there lazy butts they give you attitude.. it's like they expect to get paid to sit there and take money!! Let's see out water bill is ALWAYS $50, even though we cut back A LOT on using too much water.. it has not budged at all!! There are hit and runs, fireworks (at all hours of the night), the stray cats are everywhere.. I think there are more cats than residents, you can hear them fighting at all hours of the night. I am never going in the pool or hot tub... they don't keep up their apartments.. what makes you think they clean that!! Weird people walk around the play ground.. watching little kids play. You walk outside late at night you smell weed. Go look up all the sex offenders in this zip code..... MORE THAN 200!!!!! OVER ALL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN NOT WAIT TILL I CAN MOVE OUT!!!!!!!!!!

Rachel, you made a point about them not paying rent on time, and I'm sure that made you feel better. But can you point out anything that this resident claims to be true that is not?? Some things aren't current management's fault, like the roof (we were there for that when the people who were removing the old roof worked faster than those putting on the new one) and the electric bill (no amount of insulation will help that problem--to old) but lets face the facts. You are a byotch and I can't wait for FF Trinity to get rid of you and those like you. I have an ex who owes me more than $15,000 in back child support and I don't think I've met anyone as uncaring as you. You can kick out the drug dealers ( who were so pleasant I didn't even notice what they were doing) and people with kids who refuse to control them ( you get kudos for this) but please change your attitude. I know some people give it to you, and for them, I don't blame you for giving it back. But for those like me who have other things to do like work to make sure the rent gets paid, don't give us your crap. Save it for the jerks who deserve it. You can't change a lot of things about International Residence, but you can change YOU!!

hey res of 1319, you should check with the Apartment Association of Austin to see what kind of legal trouble this psycho can get in trouble for for publicly stating something about your rent history. A real class act, she is.

Seriously. I was willing to take all of this with a grain of salt until I noticed this Racheal person, who clearly has no working knowledge of grammer, felt the need to stoop so low with regard to commenting on a rental history. Yikes. Professionalism indeed.
