It is IMPOSSIBLE to get your 3 bed apt below 82'f in the summer. No matter how much you try to run the AC and cover the windows, it just won't cool off. At night you might get it to 75 EVEN if it's cooler than that outside and you have the doors open, it's difficult to sleep.

Last summer my electricity averaged $300 a month. Parking sucks after 12pm and i have had to park on the street more than once. No argument that these places are huge and you do get a decent washer and dryer in the 3 bedrooms, but those are the only good points.

Also. when i moved in my rent was $880 and if i sign a new lease (which i won't) then it will be $930!! What a joke, do they realize it's 20 miles to downtown:-)

A couple good point, the new management has cleaned up the place and got rid of some of the drug dealers and stopped late night noises and I have never heard of any car break-ins or crimes.

Umm yeah too bad there is car jackings!! I walked outside one morning and a SUV was sitting on bricks cause someone jacked the wheels! And a guy that lived her a while ago was stabbed in the basketball courts. Yeah the new ppl are nice.. but some of the old ppl that stayed haven't changed. Maybe you live on the nice side of the apt.. where you dont hear subs banging in the cars all hours of the night! Yeah they are trying to clean it up .. but even the little kids that run around the complex run their bikes in to your car FOR FUN!! .. and shoot spit wads at your car when you drive by! .. and I DONT WALK IN THE GRASS!! Everytime I have I have stepped in POOP!

There have been no reports to management about the SUV or a stabbing at this property.

The manager is lying; the stabbing happened several years ago and is for a fact listed in their books. check with Williamson Police - or their security patrol lady at this apartment community - she was there when it happened at night!

HEY RACHEL, SINCE YOU PAY SO MUCH ATTENTION TO THIS SITE TELL ME WHERE IS OUR MOVE-OUT BILL I REQUESTED OVER A MONTH AGO?? DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION NOW?? I GAVE MY ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER SO THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM. OR DO I NEED TO CALL AND CHECK UP ON YOU TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS DOING THEIR JOB???? I AM NOT BRINGING MY DISABLED SELF TO YOUR OFFICE AND IF I HAVE TO, PLEASE BE SURE TO GIVE ME YOUR CORPORATE INFORMATION ALONG WITH OUR BILL. THANKS.
ON THE REAL, I THOUGHT THE STABBING WAS A TALL TALE. I WAS TOO BUSY WORKING AND TRYING TO MAKE A LIFE TO REALIZE EVERYTHING GOING ON. WHEN I WAS IN BUILDING 1, SUPPOSEDLY THERE WAS A DRUG DEALER LIVING TWO DOORS FROM ME, BUT I SAW NOTHING. TOO BUSY DOING MY OWN (LEGAL) THING. HE MUST'VE BEEN QUIET....

I knew the kid that got stabbed. Trust me, it happened. I also had a beer bottle thrown through my bedroom window. The kids like to kick the stray cats. I've had someone passing through run into my PARKED CAR with their trailer. There are killer potholes. The apartments are tiny and you overpay for the little space. Sure, they got rid of some of the drug dealers, but I still have to deal with the kids that blare their music all hours of the night, the power going out constantly, water pipes bursting at least once a month, the cable scrambling all the time, and the paper thin walls to where I can hear every movement my neighbors make. Almost every parking space is reserved, so unless you pay 25 dollars a month for a reserved space, on the weekends you have to park on the street because everyone and their brother parties every weekend. I hate this place.

BTW The stabbing happened the summer of 2005. The kid almost died. There are a lot of things that happened there that arent in the news. I debate getting a police scanner just to know.
