This apartment was pretty well smooth sailing until the waters started geting rough. In the 2 years here we have had 4 big issues that maintanence need to come fix, the proplems weren't my issues but rather the manner in which they were addressed.

1. Broken dishwasher. Our dishwasher died, while thats no big suprise. . . they broke part of our counter and put a gash in the floor when replaceing it. We asked the management to fix it on several occasions, but still no go.

2. Washer broke(common themein appliances here). While pulling the washer out they got greese from the motor on the carpet. . . still hasn't been cleaned.

3. On 2 different occasions out toilets overflowed(apparently on our down stairs neighbors to the point they were allowed to break their lease early). On both occasions it took several days for the problem to be resolved. On both occasions we were told since we had other working bathrooms in our appartment it wasn't a priority, despite the smell. When we complained about the smell we were told to open our windows. . . on a 108 degree day in the summer.

4. Air conditioner died. . . in the summer. The heat was so bad in our apartment we had to sleep at our works office for 3 days waiting for it to be fixed. Luckly in our case our boss was accustomed to finding us passed out at the office after working a double.

Now about the parking. They recently have put in paid parking, i would say about half the parking is taken up by this if not more. So now since i don't want to spend extra money to park, i have a hike back to my room.
