Big apartments in the wild kingdom

I can't say that I'm totally unsatisfied with International Residence. I like my apartment, especially since it's really spacious and affordable. I do have a few complaints though. When my washer broke down, it took maintenance nearly a week to fix it. Same thing with the garbage disposal. When I moved in, my bathroom's shower wouldn't drain. Unfortunately I'm not actually on the lease so calling maintenance into my room isn't an option, but I have to pour draino down it every couple of months. Whatever is in the pipes was there before I moved in, and doesn't want to get out.

Secondly, and less of a nuisance, is there's a critter of some sort in the ceiling. I just overheard some neighbors in the same building saying they also hear it. It sounds like a possum or a raccoon. I hear it often scurrying around both up and downstairs.

Third, there's a rat in our kitchen, and wasps are constantly making nests in the mail building. It seems like the wild kingdom around here.

Fourth, there are some shady characters who stay in the hotel across the street. I park in the street because I don't have a parking permit. I've gone to my car several times to find drinks poured on it, and once found that someone had thrown up on my window.

Some of the residents are young kids who make noise from time to time, but I expect that anywhere. Generally I've enjoyed my stay here but we're definitely moving. It's a good place if you can put up with slow response times, a picky mailman who will return your mail to the sender when he feels like it but still delivers mail to your box for previous residents, animals in your apartment, and so on.

Just FYI you are welcome to put in workorders for apts even NOT being a lease holder. I would be happy to address all your issues if you will just give me a call. Thanks
