I have lived here for almost 7 years and I really like the place. I've been to other apartments, but none as big as this one. I really like what they are doing with the new paint job. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the spacious living at a reasonable cost.

we have all had horrible experiences! i love the apartment itself but management does not regulate visitors parking in the non-visitor spaces so we are forced to park so far away, we have gang members living in the apartment next door, they reinforce the dog leash regulation, and it is always noisy at night. I can't tell you the number of times we've heard loud booming music that has waken us up in the middle of the night. Well, glad someone had a good experience. We sure didn't. We felt like we were living in the hood!

I don't know how anyone who lived there for 7 years could give such a good review. HUM....they must be getting paid. Management maybe?

Well sorry I can't help it if I know how to be patient and really try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Yes management can be a little slow on taking care fo some issues. Maintenance can be slow on getting work orders done, but just like at my job or anywhere else you have to understand that you are not the only one with a problem. I am not part of the management staff I just know what I go through at work and try to put myself in their shoes.

International residence is by far one of the most ghetto apartments in the area. I think whoever has lived here for seven years is fake. It is probably just the complex manager trying to up the reviews. The managment is all unorganized and often they are quite rude. The manager is by far the rudest of them all. I will refer anyone I know away from this nightmare of a complex. I might as well be back in county jail.

OMG this is an employee...I've never met anyone who lived there that didn't have one bad thing to say about it. Hahaha...what some people will do.

I agree, Management. If you have lived there for 7 years, you would have more to say than a short paragraph. It vaguely resembles a post posted a few months before this one...hmmm..
