i've been living in ira for 2 years now and wish i could move. yeah its cheap as hell but crap as hell to. no exaggeration but there are roaches all over the place including in my bedroom. and i am a neat freak my home is always spotless. with regared to the management, there is one lady named ------ who is helpful and gets some stuff done but the rest of those little girls running around in there are not only rude but incompetent. i know someone reading this is thinking that i think i got screwed or something but please believe me, you dont want to be here. i have only had a few problems and ------ has gone out of her way to fix them but she is some kind of manager and i have to deal with the most stupid people in order to talk to her. i still live in IRA and have to live here until feb 08. one more thing these guys think that painting these apt. some ---- color makes it ok for them to raise their prices. i live in a 3 bed 3 bath and pay 800 for the past year so if they try to charge you more than that they are taking advantage of you

I have to agree to the "incompetant staff" you have to deal with. However, I mostly dealt with ------- and she was very helpful and did her best to make sure my maintenance issues were dealt with and I pretty much went to her for most issues outside of that, but then she left the property ( don't blame her) and it went downhill from there! After speaking with a girl they called the "leasing manager" I think it was ------ (?) I was so irritated with her lack of intelligence I didn't care to get her name, she was about a joke. I finally had enough and demanded to speak to the manager, and ------ came off abrupt at first, but then she must have realized how awful her maintenance and office staff really are, and shewas very proactive after listening to me vent. She handled my situation in a timely manner and I went to her from that point on. The other girls in the office are just beyond incompetant, they should be working at McDonalds, something more along thier level. Needless to say, I moved out mid August (Thank god!) and the money I have saved since then makes me wish I would have wisened up sooner. The biggest problem of all there is the so called "maintenance supervisor", ------. What the H--ll are they thinking??? He couldn't even fix my ac repair, he came out twice to "fix" it and after that sends his assistant maintenance guy and violla, fixed!!! If you are reading these responses or posting, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take the advise of so many and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It's not worth your trouble or money!!!

I have been a long time resident here and have seen alot of changes (for the best) but best one hands down has been the termination of your so called Resident Retention Coordinater. What was she really there for? When I went in to renew my lease she was never there. The staff now have only gone out of there way to make sure my home is comfortable and serves me breakfast at the gate.. Better than Starbucks...
