From all the reviews I've seen, this property obviously has a great deal of problems. But most distressing is the replies that 'm seeing from management. They basically say, "Hey, we just work here. We do what we're told."
Well, the problem with that is that when you're in a customer service role, sometimes your job is also to collect feedback, and let your company know that their policies are hindering their success. I've toured your property and I find the apartments look and size absolutely charming. I walked away from it because even during the initial discussion, I found management to be rude and fairly condescending. That was several years ago, and now that I'm looking to move again, I thought I'd revisit it. But reading the reviews has made me take your property off my list of potentials places to live once again.
If you want quality people who will treat your property and each other with respect, your company needs to give them the same courtesy. Win/win. But until that happens, you'll have always high turnover, people who treat your property with no regard, poor reviews and criminal problems with your occupants. In that situation, no one wins. LEAST of all your company, for whom the profits must be shrinking consistently.
You have a potentially beautiful, spacious, unique property that people could really love. If only you treated both it and them better, everyone would be happy.

OMG! YOUR SO RIGHT!! THANKS TO APARTMENTRAITINGS.COM FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE TO BE ABLE POST AND READ APARTMENT RAITINGS. MOVING IS A COMMITMENT FOR 6 TO 12 MONTHS OF YOUR LIVES. NOT TO MENTION THE MONEY THAT IS LOST DUE TO BEING MISLEAD AND SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS.

I completely agree. I lived there for a year and just moved out. We absolutely adored our apartment but there are some really bad people living there. They are not picky about the people who they let rent from them. They say that most of the suspicious characters walking around that place are from the neighborhood next door. Well, if they are from the neighborhood next door, why are they visiting people who live here? I have also seen the people in the office filling out paperwork and they are not the type of people I would want renting from me if I managed an apartment complex. You are right, some of the leasing agents that work there are absolutely, without a doubt incompetent and rude. I, however, have had wonderful experiences dealing with the manager, ------, who seems to be extremely nice and accomodating for her good tenants. I just can't believe that these things are still happening under her supervision. Again, the places are absolutely adorable but very high crime, lots of ants in the apartments (no they do not exterminate although they say they do, and there is a lot of noise. I feel that if the management and staff had to rent an apartment there for about 6 months, they would understand where their good tenants are coming from. So sad because I really loved our apartment!
