The day I moved in there was dog poop on the carpet in the living room. The pool was disgusting some of the time (some green color until they'd have someone come and fix it again). The work out room had more broken equipment in it than functioning. There is dog poop all over the grounds, and I've never seen anyone cleaning it up. All of this and the worst part is yet to come. The management staff is the worst I've ever worked with. I've lived in at least 10 different apartment complexes since college, and I've not before met such incompetence and lack of customer service. One (of the many) examples: When I moved out and took them the keys, I asked if there was any balance on our account from utilities or anything. The gave me a number, I paid it that day, and left a forwarding address. Two months later, I get a notice from a debt collections company for money that I supposedly owe IRA. I never received a bill from IRA, but they almost affected my credit poorly. I've never had unpaid bills and my credit is nearly perfect. They Suck! Don't torture yourself by living in such a craphole.

Not surprising in the least. They seem to get some sort of sick thrill out of biting people on the way out. I have heard similar stories of unwarranted bills/collections from several people who have moved out and been assured that their account was up to date.
