Don't move here, rent might be affordable, but bad service, electricity bill is so HIGH, people with dogs dont clean after them. Office "lost" my moving notice which was given almost 3 months in advance but later found when I showed them a signed copy, noisy, weed smoking everywhere just drive one night you can smell it miles away...You can do better!

YEP! I agree! I have seen some trashy apartments in my life, this one should get the award for one of the trashiest apartment in Austin.
