Why do we have to be labeled as trashy people or ones who don't pay our rent just because we have a legitimate complaint!

I just love the way management comes on these apartment ratings and bashes people for leaving reviews. I assume they feel the need to defend something or to make excuses.I am sorry, but there is no excuse!
