i've lived here for over a year, my lease is up in a couple of months. definitely NOT staying. the staff is completely unprofessional and shouldn't even be leasing apartments to 6yr olds. maintenance tracked mud on my carpet in the first unit i lived in and then tried to charge me damages when i transferred units. the tenants are obnoxious...i can stand parties every now and then because i'm young and party myself, but yelling, fighting, and screaming at 3am on a tuesday is a little annoying. they tow your car left and right because of the stupid reserved parking spots (whose paint you can't even see) that are $25/month. and on top of all the reserved ones, there aren't any parking spots PERIOD. dumpsters are always overflowing, kids running around like crazy people, feral cats everywhere, and i've had ant problems in both my apts here. it's definitely cheap here for a reason. everytime i see someone being shown an apt i just want to yell "DON'T MOVE HERE!!!". and worst of all, they tried to tell me that i owed them $865 in rent during my first lease, i hadn't even paid them $865 total since i'd moved in. they're idiots! i got it all straightened out with my bank because i had been paying my rent and had evidence....but they don't know how to run an apt complex for sure. everything cost a pretty penny here and you don't get what you pay for. just don't do it!
