My biggest complaint were the rats. I had two or three in my kitchen, and a possum or raccoon in the crawl space above me. After talking to some neighbors we discovered that rodent was finding his way to all of our apartments. Eventually I got used to it, after management said "Yeah we're aware of it" but it drove my cat nuts.

The parking was pretty lame but I always parked in the street instead of trying to look for a spot. At least the street was guaranteed to be open.
