so when i first moved in the apartments were great as far as management and up keep. the actually apartment its self had issues but i looked past that considering they are an older complex.
then we got new management and the place went downhill. the only consistant were the maintance guys, who are great. the new people in the office are so rude! when you walk in the door its like you're bothering them. and its pretty ridiculous that on more than one occasion i had try calling the office before closing time and they had already directed the calls to an answering service who does NOTHING i might add.

the parking is AAAAAAWFUL. tell me why i had to pay $25 a month, just for a place to park. NOT COVERED, NOT A GARAGE, just a place to park. they say they enforce towning which is also bull. i pay for that spot and half the time someone else is parked in it. when you call to let them know they could care less. since we started having to pay for parking i dont think ive ever seen a tow truck.

the rats. oh yes. living in the walls for probably 3 months. when they started coming INTO the apt. we contacted to office to let them know. they told us that they had been having problems for months, but funny how we NEVER recieved a letter or notice. then i had to go buy my own rat traps beacause they said they were to busy to send someone to my apt for 2 weeks. and i never got reinbursed for those either.

the place has a good location, and i have never met nicer neighbors, but i would NOT recommend this place at all anymore. if you want $200 electric bills, appliances that dont work, and mold in your house.. Go for it. but i would turn the other way.
i am so grateful to be moving.

WOW...Where do you live?? I happen to love my apartment! I have lived here for close to 5 years! And why if you have been so unhappy do you continue to stay? That doesn't make sense. The parking isn't the best I do agree there but that is about all I agree with you on. My apartment has never had any of those problems. I have had normal maintenance issues, clogged toilet or garbage disposal stuff...but if it was something serious they always came out immediately. Sorry you have had such poor luck. My question is how dirty are you??? If you have mold then clean! If you have rats... damn put your dishes in the dishwasher! LOL. Nasty people always got somethin to complain about... As for the management... i'm never in the office because like i said .. nothing major is goin on in my place! And I pay my rent on time.... lol

NASTY PEOPLE MY ASS! Only a nasty person or staff would even try defend these nasty apartments! The rats are there because of the huge overflowing garbage bins! Why do we have to be trashy people or ones who don't pay our rent just because we have a legitimate complaint! This does sound like how management responds to all complaints.

I can tell you, My apartment has had all those problems AND MORE! And 200 dollar electric bill? PLEASE! My AC has been broken for 2 MONTHS with maintenance coming to say, "it looks okay to me" IT HASN'T BEEN BELOW 85 DEGREES IN MY HOUSE FOR 2 MONTHS!! And it's not because I haven't had the AC down...it's SET at 75, it runs all the time because it can't get below 85! BTW....we don't have rats, but roaches! OMG! BY THE THOUSANDS! I wouldn't doubt Rats....do you live on the small side? That is where I have heard of the rats....and my electric bill has been 400 every month since I've been here. We have the energy saving bulbs, we have everything pluged into a power strip that is only on when i get home at 6 and goes off when I go to bed at 11...We only have one computer (laptop, more energy efficient), one TV, and we hardly use the lights except after dark...I have the 3x3
