I was not at all happy with my stay at International Residence.
The whole staff was P-O-O-R!
The management is less than poor. I call them, the fine ----'s because every time they needed some work to be done on the complex, they would go around and fine the tenants for ridiculous reasons. An ashtray was knocked over on my porch from the dogs being taken out for a walk. When we return, there is a fine on mine and my neighbors doors, that was beyond unreasonable.
Every time you go in the office, you do not feel welcomed unless you are with money. The Front Office will send out random notices all the time. Telling you everything that you cannot do, but things of IMPORTANCE like the fire marshal coming into your apartment at 7 am, doesn't get sent out until the night before. They have also sent out several, 'New Policies' Only to have Trinity retract it the next day. It is as if, the ladies in the front office get bored and come up with these "New Policies".
Maintenance's answer to everything is, 'It looks fine to me' I have even had a Maintenance person tell me, "I do not think that I can get them to spring for fixing this. It needs it, but I just don't think so."
The Parking is REALLY horrible. If you come home past 5 PM, you will be lucky to find parking near your building. If you have a Reserved Spot, and call to get a tow, it will be there in 48 hours...Yes, that is what I pay 25 bucks a month for, to never be able to use it because they can't get a tow truck out there.
The outside lighting, is awful! I DID NOT walk my dogs past dark, because the lights that they DO have, go out constantly. I did not have a front porch light the entire time I was there.
Needless to say, I am not just a 'Scorned' Customer. It is just too much to deal with. Please Reconsider living here. Unless of course, you are never home, have no dogs, no kids, and enjoy bad customer service.
