I've lived here at International Residence for over 3 yrs and its great. The maintenace staff has a sense of urgency and are very friendly folks. Everytime I went into the leasing office the staff was always professional. I've never heard or had any problems with anyone on the property. For the most part its pretty quiet and a really affordable place to live, in Northwest Austin.
