International Residence Apartments is my first apartments and I've had so many issues with these apartments, because they are old apartments and it has not been kept up-to-date. I've had issues with flooding in the kitchen/washer & dryer area, ants all over my living room wall & kitchen, toilet flooded, it smells like smoke in the living room which never got worked on from the last tenant. I don't smoke but when I hung out with my friend, she said I smelled like smoke. Then one day she came to visit me, "That's where it was coming from", she said. I bought OZIUM SPRAY to try to get the smell out but it won't come out. I got my kitchen table re-surfaced for free which is good for the next tenant. I fell in love with the surrounding areas of Walmart, HEB, 24 Hour Fitness. I've had some good neighbors but recently really loud neighbors. There's so many children around you can't get any peace and quite, they leave their toys laying around like they own the whole complex. I pay $25 every month for a parking spot which others always park in, and I have to always call to get it towed. Lastly, I hate the speedbumps, there's around 10 just to get to my apartment.
